RUN!!! Don’t walk to book Peyton as your wedding photographer!! I came across Peyton‘s work in a Facebook group for Alabama brides, and immediately wanted to see more of the weddings she’s photographed. Her style is so unique in that she doesn’t document “fake” or “strained” moments, only genuine reactions from the people she photographs. I knew very quickly that I would love for her to document my wedding day and take our engagement announcement photos. Peyton was very reliable in her communication leading up to the engagement session and wedding day and made me feel so comfortable in such a stressful time. When the day for the engagement session came, she made myself and my now husband (who is particularly camera shy) feel so comfortable and have fun while having our pictures taken. Even when we weren’t sure how to pose, she gave us fun directions on what to do or say to one another to make the pictures seem so natural. For our wedding day, she brought a vlog style camera for myself and my bridesmaids to play around with the morning of while we were getting ready. It was such a fun surprise and an absolute hit amongst my friends!! As for the rest of the day, she was THE BEST hype woman and used so much creativity to capture the best shots of the day!! At other weddings I’ve been to/in, I have felt like the photography was more important than enjoying the day, but it did not feel this way with Peyton behind the camera! She was always there to capture the big and small natural moments, and was truly able to make you feel the love and emotion behind each one of the pictures she takes. When it came to receiving our photos, we received sneak sneak peaks the Monday after our wedding, our sneak peaks on our honeymoon, and our full album a month and a half after our wedding. The timing, number, and quality of pictures taken and edited completely surpassed our expectations!! We absolutely loved working with Peyton and cannot recommend her enough!
