Less than three months before our December wedding, my (now) husband, Junior, and I flew up to Georgia from Miami for our menu tasting at Foxhall Resort, along with my hair and makeup trial. Since we hadn’t had time to do a proper engagement shoot in the year leading up to our wedding day, we decided it would be the perfect opportunity to finally have some engagement photos taken (better late than never!). We ended up reaching out to several photographers, before one of them referred us to Peyton - and when I say we fell HARD once we saw her work, we ABSOLUTELY mean it! In October, Peyton met us at Foxhall and captured some of the most GORGEOUS photos I have ever seen in my entire life! I was quite literally OBSESSED (a word I came to use over and over again whenever Peyton sent me a new photo gallery) with EVERY SINGLE ONE. At the end of the engagement session, I casually mentioned I wanted some photos with horses - Peyton went searching in her car for the two horses on the property, walked through wet clay, and somehow managed to convince those horses to come over to the fence line while Junior and I posed with them for several minutes - so not only is she an incredible photographer, she’s apparently an undercover horse whisperer!

Not only is Peyton BEYOND talented at what she does, she is one of the kindest, most genuine human beings we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Without so much as having seen our final engagement photos, we immediately booked her for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party as soon as our engagement session was over - THAT is how truly incredible she was! Peyton made us feel SO comfortable during that session that we honestly sometimes forgot she was even there with us - best third wheel ever! And where do I even begin with our rehearsal dinner and welcome party photos?! We just received the galleries, and when I say my jaw was on the floor as I first scrolled through each of those, I MEAN IT.

Peyton, Junior and I consider ourselves SO LUCKY to have found you and to have had you play such a special part in capturing these beautiful moments for us. Like I’ve mentioned a few times to you now, our one and ONLY regret was not having met you sooner! And I fully expect you to keep your end of our deal, so make sure your bags are packed for our next photoshoot in Miami!
